The only thing we know so far is that the new puffle will be appearing on the Club Penguin island in November 2013 – this month!!
They Also Added Some Fireworks At Iceberg, the Ski Hill, or the Beacon

We Think it’s Because of The New Puffle Thats Coming Out on November , Which is This Month , As You can See On Polo Field’s Picture on The Iceberg , The Fire works Had a Puffle On Them ,

as You can see on that Board , there is a quest for the Golden Puffle you do the King Ra-ra’s Pyramid Quest for The Golden Puffle ,
Also on The Medieval Party There was Some Clues for The Golden Puffle in The Potions Book , The Puffle Was Near Garianna In The Potion Book

i found 1 clues, on PSA mission 10, there is a golden puffle http://www.clubpenguin.com/fun-stuff/psa-missions/10/ and then later a golden puffle is in the dance club and herbert is gonna steal it. so yeah it might be the Golden Puffle
